Caitlin Radigan: A Multifaceted Advocate and Leader

Caitlin Radigan is a dedicated mother, student, artist, social entrepreneur, philanthropist, and connector of people. With a rich and varied background, Caitlin has spent the past five years serving as the Engagement Manager at Just in Time for Foster Youth. In this role, she has been instrumental in building partnerships, fundraising, designing supportive programming for young parents, and providing essential resources and services to former foster youth aging out of the system.

Caitlin is a fierce advocate for youth impacted by sex trafficking, foster care, and the juvenile justice system. She regularly meets with county, state, and federal legislators, from San Diego to Washington DC, to elevate and address these critical issues.

Recent Accomplishments:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business: Recently earned from San Diego State University.
Social Enterprise Launch: Founded Parentshare.care, a nurturing co-working space designed to support working and student parents in earning their degrees or developing professionally without missing their child’s milestones.
Author: Co-authored Life Changing Choices, a book that introduces a transformative mental model for empowering youth navigating the foster care system.
Juvenile Justice Commissioner: Appointed as San Diego’s newest lived-expert Juvenile Justice Commissioner, bringing her firsthand experience and expertise to the role.
When Caitlin is not advocating for change, she is expressing her creativity through art. Her acrylic masterpieces are featured at the Watercolor Society’s gallery, and she often creates timeless treasures finger painting with her children. In her leisure time, she enjoys surfing, hiking, and indulging in cinnamon rolls.

Caitlin radiates peace, love, light, grace, and kindness. Her dedication to empowering others is unwavering, and she continually uses her energy and influence to serve the community without asking for anything in return.
