San Bernardino County District Attorney’s Office

Through a peer support program, the San Bernardino County District Attorney’s Office is helping their employees and employees’ family members deal with personal and/or professional problems.

The Platte County Prosecutor’s Office provides information connecting jurors with free mental health services after deliberating in difficult cases. In partnership with a local mental health provider, Platte County prosecutors developed a card that is handed out to jurors at the conclusion of a trial.
Assistant Professor of Criminology at the University of Pennsylvania, Dr. Aaron Chalfin partnered with Michael LaForest, Pennsylvania State University, and Jacob Kaplan, Princeton University, to analyze large-scale “takedowns” in New York City.

In partnership with the Villanova law school, the Pennsylvania District Attorneys Association launched a four-part virtual briefing series on procedural justice in March of 2021. Presentations were built upon the four pillars of procedural justice – fairness in the process, transparency in actions, opportunities for a voice, and impartiality in decision making.

King County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office (King County, WA)

Utilizing the office’s Prosecutor by Karpel case management system to examine data, the King County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office published a public data dashboard using Microsoft Power BI.
